Sondre Lerche, the Norwegian orchestral pop artist (who now calls Brooklyn home) dropped by AUX TV’s Juicebox Manor to play Easy To Persuade off Heartbeat Radio.  Lerche released Heartbeat Radio, his sixth full album, in September to critical praise.  Earlier this month Sondre announced his favourite songs of 2009 on his website, with Animal Collective’s Bluish taking the top spot. It was no surprise then that he just covered the song for Stereogum.  Next time he’s in town, we’re going to ask him him to cover Sharkira’s She Wolf for us, which also made his list.  He’s already tried it a few times, but we have yet to find a full version. Lerche first confessed his love for the song while playing Toronto’s Mod Club this past September.
