Can’t wait till next week’s much-anticipated release of The Dears’ new album Degeneration Street? Well you can stream it now on The Hype Machine.

The band toured late last year playing their fifth full-length in its entirety and have already released free mp3s for their singles “Omega Dog” and “Blood.” On top of that, the band has been hosting weekly webcasts and posting lyrics to their songs on their website.

The Dears will also take part in the first Polaris Music Prize Salon series where the band will discuss their new album and host listening session afterwards. The Polaris Music Prize Salon will take place next Tuesday, February 15 at the Drake Hotel in Toronto.
