It hardly seems like the Rural Alberta Advantage would have had the time to record a follow-up album to their slow-burning success Hometowns, but on March 1, they’ll release Departing, a continuation of their insanely accessible and aching indie-rock requiems.

In a recent chat with the band, singer/guitarist Nils Edenloff and keyboardist/vocalist Amy Cole told AUX about the appropriately titled album and how living the dream, as grateful as they are for it, can sometimes come with a lonely cost.
