Following the release of last year’s single “Out of Tune,” New Jersey’s Real Estate will return this October with their sophomore album Days. Recorded this past winter and spring, the new record is apparently “a gorgeous suite of timelessly melodic, achingly melancholy pop songs” and “is the next step in the career of a uniquely close songwriting collective that feel more important with their every release.”

The nine track album contains “Out of Tune” as well as the just released “It’s Real,” which is being called the album’s first single and is available to listen/download below for an email. It will be put out as a 7″ a week before the album drops on October 17th via Domino Records.
