Rihanna’s new video for “We Found Love” sure is an odd one: in it, she gets a tattoo on her ass, plays darts without her pants on, throws up a bunch of cloth and hits her beau (played by former boxer Dudley O’Shaughnessy) repeatedly with a backpack.

The whole thing depicts a hallucinatory, borderline abusive relationship; one that’s messed up on both sides but is nonetheless filled with romantic chain smoking, frolicking and recreational drug use. Honestly, we’re not sure what to think, but hey, at least she made it out of one in-car argument without a bunch of bruises on her face.
