Track of The Week: “Hollywood” by RAC, featuring Penguin Prison

What started in a dorm room at Southern Illinois’ Greenville College has grown into an online empire for RAC (aka André Allen Anjos), building up a phenomenal reputation as a “go-to” remixer and DJ.

This time in the song “Hollywood”, RAC takes on the role of the songwriter and creates this one from scratch. The track features vocals from Penguin Prison’s Chris Glover and represents a great debut for André.

This song charted for quite a while on the hypemachine, now there’s a remix by The Magician sitting at the #5 spot. Funny—I guess I assumed that RAC would remix the track.
