Guest appearances are CyHi The Prynce’s bread and butter. In that role he could lean on his witty punch lines to hold his own or, like in the case of Kanye West’s “So Appalled,” destroy every other MC on the track. This type of hotness doesn’t necessarily transfer over to his stand alone projects, as it’s easy to get desensitized to awesome line after awesome line. But it’s still good fun to catch gems like “I’ve been dying for a chance to get you in this bed / I guess that’s what you call a death wish” on the T-Minus-produced “Tomorrow” off his new mixtape Ivy League.
