00:00:10:17 This is a huge team effort like the majority of this is all
00:00:13:10 volunteered out by all the community members
00:00:15:08 to make this happen.
00:00:16:10 It's the people that make this happen, and that's where
00:00:18:21 I think that on a grassroots level,
00:00:20:16 it's always people power that puts this on.
00:00:22:27 The main sort of key point of this Manifesto is that
00:00:24:22 it all comes together on one weekend in September,
00:00:27:24 but throughout the year
00:00:29:02 we are trying to create this stuff sustainably.
00:00:30:19 So we have got workshop programming,
00:00:32:16 we do photography lessons,
00:00:33:28 we do this thing called town hall meetings,
00:00:36:02 we do the town hall meetings to get feedback from
00:00:38:09 different people that participate in it,
00:00:40:02 who have come to the festival,
00:00:41:08 different artists, different sponsors.
00:00:43:12 We try and get feedbacks, so that we can always build
00:00:45:16 and make this thing better.
00:00:46:23 So one of the things that we learned last year is that,
00:00:48:29 we were very sort of downtown focused festival,
00:00:52:14 most of the events were happening downtown,
00:00:54:06 and we wanted to spread that out.
00:00:56:01 So we did a jam in Scarborough, we did a jam at Earl Bales,
00:00:58:24 and right there the network spread.
00:01:00:24 And I think that that just shows you the power
00:01:02:18 of like starting something.
00:01:03:21 You started something people who don't know exactly what it is,
00:01:06:07 but if you keep your focus and keep spreading
00:01:09:04 a consistent message, it's just going to expand.
00:01:11:05 And we hope this continue to expand worldwide.
